Homework is to create a sentence strip that acknowledges the relationships between sides and angles in a parallelogram. Also, to create a vocabulary card that acknowledges that n-2(180) gives you the number of degrees in a polygon.

Class today centered on solving for angles, internal and external, using algebraic expressions and parallel lines cut by a transversal.
The homework was problems 1-15 on the Kuta software module.

Class began with an analysis of errors on the assessment. The biggest error was in calculating the arc measure, given to arcs and missing a third arc. The second biggest error was in confusing the measure of a central angle and its intercepted arc with the measure of an inscribed angle and its intercepted arcs.

The remainder of class consisted of a lesson on the characteristics of parallel lines and their related angles. Pages covered in the text were pages 155-161. Questions were problems 9-12 (page 159) and problem 28-33, page 160.
